Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, law firm name, and billing information when you register for an account, subscribe to our services, or schedule a demo. We also collect information about prospective bankruptcy clients through our intake screening process, including their financial situation, contact details, and bankruptcy-related information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and manage our lead generation services, process payments, communicate with you about your account and leads, improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations. Client information collected during intake is used solely to qualify and refer prospects to participating attorneys.
Information Sharing
We share qualified lead information exclusively with the attorney assigned to that lead. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or lead data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment provider (Stripe).
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
